If you're looking for a great workout that has no impact to the knees, back, neck or any other part of the body, this is it. Tai Chi is an art that has endured the test of time for several reasons. Most of which are connected to a central benefit, personal health and longevity. This class explores the cultivation of internal and external energy known as chi-gung and nei-gung. While working on balance, flexibility, breathing and relaxation. Different isometric exercises will condition the body without the abuse that other impact related exercises create. You're sure to forget about any personal problems you may have while listening to relaxing music and flowing through graceful calming movements. Ages 14 and Up Note: Wear loose fitting clothing for first 2-3 classes.
