I finally tried the new "kickboxing + self-defense" classes and I really like. It's a great idea!

Loving the new vids on the site, awesome job! Not only was it fun to watch Genna figure out how to work out what she was watching ("that's Mr. S!!"), it was great as a parent to see the forms progress for the more advanced students and see it all connected. Thank you and keep rockin' it, Po1!!!!

its a new year...and i would like to thank Mr. and Ms. V for everything they have done for me...i dont have enough words to express how thankful i am to have them apart of my life. If it were'nt for the Power Of One i would not be where i am today, and i would not be the person i am right now. They teach more then just karate or self defense, but teach life lessons and how to become successful in whatever you ch...

Power of One is open and students are already punching and kicking themselves to a stronger them. 2012 doesn't stand a chance, as together we will help each other grow and achieve more. Here's to a great start with vision and action followed by the perseverance and discipline to follow through until the end.
